Nissin Cup Noodle has recently launched several new flavours to their collection. With Miso Ginger and Bukkomi Meshi!
It’s been a while since I last posted another “Only in Japan” posts, and today I’m back with something new!
Let me introduce to you: Pocky Squeeze! It’s like a normal pocky but it’s concentrated with 70% of juice, so it has a stronger taste to it.
For this Only in Japan! post, I have found something that has caught my eye…which is…
McDonald’s Sankaku Choco Pie in black and pink!
You can probably guess the black one is just chocolate but what about the pink one?
You may remember Australia and New Zealand having Ginger Coke, well it’s also going to be available in Japan too!
In Chinese medicine, ginger can warm your body and prevent getting a cold, it’s common for Asian people to include ginger in their food/drink. Coca Cola in Japan has even decided to add ginger in their coke!
Japan’s Häagen-Dazs has recently released a new series called “Decorations”. With two new limited edition flavours, making sure you will definitely not forget about them.
For those who are a fan of Japan or Starbucks, this is a must have!
To celebrate being in Japan for 20 years, Starbucks have promoted a collection of products in relation to Japan!
If only UK’s McDonald’s can be like Japan…….
So today, Miss Wai Ting is going to be writing about TWO McDonald’s Season’s Special.
The first one is…..
OH! How I wish I will be travelling to Japan in September~~~~
I don’t know about you guys, but Miss Wai Ting really want to eat this XD
For those who may be familiar with Pablo, please be patient while Miss Wai Ting explain to those why they MUST remember this brand and why they MUST try their famous freshly baked cheese tart when they visit Japan (see image below).
Last week was the closing ceremony for Rio 2016 Summer Olympics. Even if you didn’t watch it, I’m sure you would have heard about Japan’s Prime Minister Shinzo Abe appearing as Super Mario.
I don’t know about you guys, but Miss Wai Ting are quite looking forward to it. But I think no one can be as excited as McDonald’s…
Ever since Miss Wai Ting saw someone on Youtube doing a review on this, she always wanted to try it herself. There are a wide range of these Popin’ Cookin! DIY kits by Kracie, such as sushi, doughnuts, parfait, dumplings and many more! (See below for the whole range)
Miss Wai Ting happened to found these when she went back to Hong Kong last summer, the cheapest she found was $26 which is roughly £2.60 (while some sell them for a higher price. She decided to buy the two most popular kit: hamburger and sushi kit. You can also find these in Supermarkets in Japan, the one that Miss Wai Ting went sell them for ¥238 (back then it was around £1.50)
For those who may not know, these DIY kits only require you to add water to the powders to make these edible sweets, although there are some that requires you to heat it in the microwave.
Right, let’s get started shall we?
