【Food For Thought】 One thing you need the most when travelling… 🤔

If someone asks you “What is the one thing you need the most when travelling?” What will your answer be? 

I’m sure most people will think of money– because if you don’t have money then how can you go and travel?

But what about health? Without health, how will you be able to enjoy the trip?

I’m not saying that you can’t go travelling because you are ill, but with good health, you can do a lot more. You’re body will not lie to you. Even if you want to go on, if your body say “I can’t stand it” or “I’m too old for this” then that’s it really.

For instance, I just came back from my Iceland trip, and during this trip I tried Glacier hiking and hell lot of hiking to see waterfalls etc. All these activities require a lot of energy and strength, especially when it could be wet and slippery, so you will be using a lot of your core muscles.

Which is why, if you want to enjoy your trip keeping yourself healthy is a very important thing. Because Health is your Wealth.
